DIT Compendium

The Compendium of Dyadic Intervention Techniques (DIT) has two primary objectives: (1) to facilitate systematic reporting of dyadic intervention content and (2) to aid in the development of theory-based dyadic interventions for changing health behaviors.

The figure below (Figure 3) outlines the general structure of the compendium. Depending on your specific objective — whether you’re looking to report on dyadic interventions or to develop new dyadic interventions—it may be beneficial to approach the compendium from different starting points (left or right). Please note that listing of a technique does not imply its effectiveness.

We aim to provide comprehensive guidance on how to effectively use the compendium for your specific needs. Pleas see compendium applied in practice how to use the compendium for the reporting and/or development of dyadic interventions.
